To get verified on ATAIX, you will need two kinds of documents: a valid government photo ID such as a passport and a proof of residence such as a utility bill.
Your photo ID needs to be a valid government-issued ID with your picture, name, address, and the date of expiry on it. Please note that the ID cannot be expired, and must be updated once it does expire. Make sure the photo or scan you take of your ID is clear and all the information on it is readable.
Proof of Residence
Your proof of residence can be a utility bill with your name, address, and month of utility usage on it. Please note that the proof of residence cannot be older than 6 months. Make sure the photo or scan you take of your proof of residence is clear and all the information on it is readable.
If either your ID or proof of residence has your name, address, and date of issue/expiry on it in another language but English or Japanese, please highlight the part on the document and translate accordingly.
